With my qualifications as a certified life coach and a doctorate-prepared pediatric nurse practitioner, along with my experience in higher education, teen program development, and certification in primary care pediatric mental health, I bring a unique and unparalleled skill set and level of experience to the coaching field.

Coaching sessions are judgement free and confidential. I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. From the busy mom who needs extra help with their teens college preparation to a parent of a youth struggling in need of of encouragement. By working together, you will no longer feel alone. I specialize in helping clients develop lifelong strategies for managing stress, relationships, and academic and career development. As a nurse practitioner and coach, I have years of experience working with teens and parents  with unique needs and diverse backgrounds.
